TipTob – Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TipTob(“the Platform”), a digital classified ads service operated by TipTob.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Definitions
- “User” : Any person or entity that accesses or uses the Platform.
- “Listing” : Any content, advertisement, or post created by a User.
- “Services” : All features, technologies, and content provided by TipTob, including but not limited to posting, searching, and messaging tools.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use the Services.
- You must have full legal capacity and be acting on your own behalf or as a legal representative of an entity.
3. User Account & Security
- You may be required to create an account to access certain features.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security.
4. Permitted Use
TipTob is intended solely for lawful and legitimate transactions. You agree:
- To post only accurate, truthful, and non-deceptive information.
- To use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
- Not to post duplicate, misleading, or spammy content.
5. User Content & License
- You retain ownership of your posted content but grant TipTob a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content to operate and promote the Platform.
- TipTob reserves the right to edit, reject, or remove any listing that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
6. Prohibited Items & Activities
You may not list or advertise the following (non-exhaustive list):
- Weapons, explosives, or ammunition
- Controlled substances or narcotics
- Human organs, body parts, or remains
- Counterfeit currency or goods
- Pornographic or adult services
- Stolen property or items obtained fraudulently
- Alcohol and tobacco (without proper licensing)
- Hazardous materials
- Services involving illegal labor or fraud
TipTob may report unlawful activities to authorities and cooperate with law enforcement.
7. Paid Services & Fees
- Some features (e.g., promoted listings, featured ads, professional seller accounts) may require payment.
- All prices are stated in the local currency, and all payments are final and nonrefundable unless otherwise required by law.
- TipTob may update pricing or fee structures at any time with prior notice.
8. Privacy and Data Use
- We collect and use your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your data.
- Users are responsible for safeguarding the personal information shared with others via listings or messages.
9. Third-Party Content and Services
- TipTob may contain links to third-party sites or services. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for third-party content.
- Use of such services is at your own risk.
10. Intellectual Property
- All Platform content (excluding user listings), such as software, design, trademarks, and logos, are the intellectual property of TipTob or its licensors.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Platform content without written permission.
11. Disclaimers
- TipTob is a neutral platform and is not a party to any transaction between users.
- We do not verify listings or users and do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or legality of any content.
- Use the Platform at your own risk.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- TipTob shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the previous 3 months.
13. Suspension & Termination
TipTob reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate access to any user for violating these Terms or engaging in suspicious or harmful behavior.
- Remove any content without notice if deemed harmful or illegal.
14. Dispute Resolution
- Users are encouraged to resolve disputes among themselves. TipTob is not liable for any user dispute but may assist in moderation where appropriate.
- Any legal dispute shall be governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
15. Modifications to Terms
TipTob may revise these Terms at any time. You will be notified of major changes via email or the Platform. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
